Salon Sursock

The private Sursock Room at Bayti Restaurant is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The room can accommodate up to 40 guests for a sit-down dinner or 50 guests for a cocktail reception.

The Sursock Room was born out of Lebanese collector, Nicholas Sursock, inspired by the Sursocks being one of the “seven families” which define Beirut’s aristocratic nobility. It exemplifies modern and contemporary heritage.

What You Need To Know

  • Do you have a private dining area? If so, how many people does it fit? We do have a private dining area, which fits up to 40 guests
  • If I want to book the entire restaurant, how many people does it fit? The entire restaurant can accommodate up 120 guests
  • Is there specific bump in/bump out times? This will vary based upon other event bookings on the day or leading up to your booking . You can discuss this in detail with the Reservations Team who will be able to provide guidance based on your requirements.
  • Is there a minimum spend if we book the entire restaurant? This could depend on the particular requirements for your event. Please speak with the reservations team to learn more
  • Can we bring in our own stylists/ planners/ suppliers? Yes
  • Do you have different menu options available? We offer a Set Banquet Menu. You can discuss options with the Reservations Team
  • Do you have drink’s packages for weddings? Yes we do. You can discuss this with the Reservations Team
  • Is it possible to set up a screen/ stage/ AV equipment in the venue? There is an inhouse system. Additional AV equipment can be organised if required
  • Is there a limit to the number of band members I can have? Generally, we recommend up to 3.
