Family owned and run. The George Khouzame Family have over 35 years of reputable industry experience. George Khouzame Group began as a small catering company by George and Julie Khouzame. Together, they created a family atmosphere amongst guests by offering them a warm, memorable and unique experience.
Present-day, Brother and Sister Duo Najee and Priscilla Khouzame, Directors of the hospitality company George Khouzame Group, launched the perfectly constructed restaurant BAYTI.

Creating an intimate space centred around an open kitchen. From the produce to the plates, Najee and Priscilla, have considered every detailed element in the restaurant allowing the guests to enjoy the story behind it. Guests usually walk in and find they see a certain thing that takes them back in time or reminds them of something they saw in their parents or grandparent´s home.

The details also reflect a mix of modern and contemporary influence of the Middle East with traditional luxurious Lebanese Architecture. Guests will experience what it was like to live in the era of opulence and Mediterranean splendour.

How long will the Bayti dining Experience take?
The experience takes two hours.

Can we alter the menu?
The menu is a set banquet menu & items cannot be changed.

Do you accommodate people with dietary requirements or allergies?
We will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. Once we offer a set menu, we do not offer special options for dietary requirements.

Do you offer Children’s prices?
Yes, we do. The price per child is $75.00 between the age of 3-7 years old,
